Tomias The Cat is a wonderful story that takes place in an Italian mom and pop corner store in the 1940’s. A make believe cat named Tomias and a mouse called Rudy, remind children that a good clean chase and honesty by may be fun and rewarding. The colorful graphics and text depict a neighborhood store owner, his pet cat and their worst enemy, Rudy the rat. The book is written in "bed time story fashion" with fun detail of unbelievably priced merchandise. It is descriptive enough for anyone to imagine with closed eyes.
